How long until I receive my order?

Our products are dispatched from the Melbourne metropolitan area. It takes about 2-5 business days to other metropolitan areas except deliveries to WA and locations outside the metropolitan areas could take another 2-3 days. Express shipping: 1-2 days

How much is shipping?

Australian orders: Free shipping for orders over $70 Orders under $70:

  • Express: based on weight

Unfortunately, NAKA skin cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Who will deliver my parcel?

Your parcel will be delivered via Australia Post either by standard shipping or express shipping method if its within Australia. For international shipping orders your parcel will be delivered by a secured courier provider.

How do I track my parcel with Australia Post?

Do you only sell masks?

At the moment, yes! We love sheet masks as they are super convenient and you can carry on with your daily activities while nourishing your skin. We like to call this multitasking! We hope you will love the sheet masks on here as much as we do! We will be looking at providing more skincare ranges in the future so please stay tuned.

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If an item you've ordered was out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email and your item will be placed hold until we dispatch your order. How often can I wear these mask?

Our mask at NAKA Skin are a great addition to your current skincare routine and easily complement with anything you have on hand. You can actually wear our sheet mask everyday! However, if you don't have enough you always space them a couple of days apart or alternatively you can purchase some more :)


How do I make a complaint?

If you would like to make a complaint about our breach in privacy please contact us at and we will look into your complaint and respond in a timely manner about how we can resolve this. If you are unsatisfid with our solution, you can conntact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

What information does NAKA Skin collect?

At NAKA Skin, your privacy and security while shopping on our webstore is a priortiy. We may collect personal details online so you can have the best experience but please rest assured that your personal information is safe with us and we will only use it to deliver you our goods requested. If you subscribe to with us, details of your name and email will be collected and be added to our mailing list and not any other third parties. We will use this information to notify you about our new products, news and events.

What does NAKA Skin do with my order information?

At NAKA Skin, your order information and payment details are secured with us. We accept all major cards through a secured check out system. We will only use the information you have provided to us to serve mainly as a provider of goods. Order information such as your personal details of name, phone number and addresses are collected at the time of purchase and we will use this information to contact you regarding your order. These sensitive details are kept secured in our database system for record keeping purposes.

Returns and Refund

Can I return my product?

We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or online credit note when: - items are unopend and in original condition - items are accompanied with proof of purchase Please note postage cost are not refunded with returns and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

I have developed an allergic reaction, can I return my product?

Yes. In the rare instance you have developed an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product and contact us immediately. Allergic returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
